Custom items are non-refundable, make sure your order is accurate before placing (sizing, spelling, item choices, etc.) Every Item will be

decorated with the Obetz Offcial Locker Tag (3"W Obetz logo on the back, below Neck Seam). If an item becomes unavailable, you will receive an email from 614-Apparel regarding substitutions and/or alternate products for the original product purchased. Production time for all products is 8-12 business days from the processing date (shipping time not included in this time frame). This store is processed every Friday, please allow time for processing before reaching out on shipping statuses. If your order is being picked up from the shop by another person, once it has left the store (and has been signed out) 614 Apparel is no longer responsible for the delivery of the order.
